Which Android Device for Collector?

Which Android devices work best with Collector? I need to find one that will work as I try to set Collector up for my agency. Phones are too small, so a TABLET recommendation would be best. Thanks!

Our municipality uses the Note 3(phone) with Collector...it works well, depending on what you're doing a tablet might be too large to use in the field...
