Hosted feature service attachment size

It seems that the attachment size is limited to 10MB.

maxUploadFileSize

REST API docs state that the value can be changed:

http://resources.arcgis.com/en/help/arcgis-rest-api/#/Uploads/02r3000000zn000000/

however, I dont see this functionality for hosted feature services in AGOL.

Is is possible to upload larger attachements?
