Web App Builder IE 11 Windows 8.1

Question

We have a web app builder application installed on our local web server.

We have noticed that it does not work in IE 11 on a Windows 8.1 machine.     However,   it does work on Chrome on a Windows 8.1 machine.

It seems to hang up over logging in to ArcGIS Online to get the WebMap.

Has anyone seen this happen?

We are also experiencing this same issue. Any reason why AGOL webmaps dont work on IE11 on Windows 8.1 but works on IE11 on windows 7?

I know IE has issues with trying to be logged into GeoNet/MyEsri and ArcGIS Online, at the same time, if your accounts are different.  For example, my global (geonet/myesri) does not have access to my AGOL enterprise account.  For the AGOL, I have the First.lastname_companyname.  I keep these separate on purpose so that is is easier to separate/update users on AGOL as the come and go.  That is my reasoning.

Anyway, that may be the issue.
