Where could I find Tapestry segment documentation in spreadsheet-friendly form (i.e. not PDFs)?

I need to be able to do some secondary analysis on Tapestry results, and it is a pain transcribing the four page PDFs that describe the segments. Is the information in these documents available in a spreadsheet-friendly format?
