Display one country arcgis online basemap

Is it possible to display only one country on the default ArcGIS Online map?

Thanks for your answer, I managed to do it but when I zoom and zoom in and out, there are some countries that appear, it doesn't make the map pretty.

Just a suggestion:

* Add > Browse Living Atlas > search for World Countries and add it to the map.
* Filter the layer with the following expression: COUNTRY is not Togo
* Set the symbology on the layer to the desired color and be sure remove the outline color(no color).

Yes, that is possible.

You can create a Tile Layer showing only the country you are interested in (Togo) and set this as your basemap.
