Is there a table that defines all the fields property with description?

Thank you for your answer, and I want to elaborate my question a little bit more.

actually i am looking for a summarized description table of a data model or schema.

currently I am in the middle of adding more fields in 'emergency response' feature class, and i am using to local government data schema. Just in case later I need present these fields to my clients or answering questions about the fields, I want to know if there are any summarized description for each field.

I remember saw a table before that shows all facility feature classes. and it further shows all fields that needed in each feature class, also with explanation.

wish I can find that table again, but I can not remember where was it from.

Do you have any information about it?
