Story maps with slicer

I would like to do a similar story map with a slicer that I can move manually. Could you please let me know if there is a similar template I can use or if the story map application has a tool to create a similar slicer.

Hello -- Unfortunately there is no template available for that story. It was a custom story.

If you are a developer, the code is available on Github at the link below if you want to host it yourself and wire it up to your own content and data sources.
