How do I remove "licensed for developer use only"?

I've followed the instructions provided by License your app documentation. I added the code, with my license string, as the first lines of code in my Application_StartUp method.

What am I missing?

My apologies. I realized my Application_Startup was not being called. <rookie mistake> Sorry guys/gals. I've resolved my issue.
