Mapping Local Government Model Soils feature class attributes with SSURGO Downloader Features

Hi fellow GIS'ers

I am trying map the attributes from the data I downloaded from the SSURGO Downloader http://www.arcgis.com/apps/OnePane/basicviewer/index.html?appid=a23eb436f6ec4ad6982000dbaddea5ea to the Soils feature class in the 10.2 Local Government Model. I have most of the attributes mapped but could not find the associated field for the Hydric Criteria List (HYDRICLIST) field. Also how do I calculate the percentage fields (ex DRNCLASSPER, HYDRIPER..etc) fields in the local government model?
