I???m wondering if there is a tool for the end-user that can do the find, autocomplete search, drop down list, sorting at a time like the behaviour existing in the ???search??? tool of the ArcGIS

Hi,

No, there isn't such a tool available out-of-the-box. To my knowledge, the only ways to achieve this: author a GP service, write an add-in, or use single field locator. Two of these methods will have some limitations, so developing an add-in is of course the most powerful way to meet your business needs.
