Selecting Attributes

Hello, I am trying to produce a model that will select 2 attributes that are related through a user input (or pairs of points in a excel file), and create a new shapefile from the selected 2 points. and proceed using these two points for the rest of the model.

Use Join by Attributes and then perform the update and remove the join.
