Bing layer in ArcGIS FlexViewer

Question

Per the online instructions about the Layer tag it seems that this

would add a basemap layer (within the basemaps tag) that displays roads from bing.

I try it and no layer is returned, just white.  The default Streets and Aerial layers that came in the default ArcGIS Flex Viewer config file work fine.

Any ideas where I am missing something?

Marcus, tag that you specified is correct. In addition to this, tag containing bing key should be specified in the main config file.
