ElevationSync URL Request

My question is this: how do I make an elevation sync url request without javascript/json? Is this even possible? I want to complete the rest of this url

http://elevation.arcgis.com/arcgis/rest/services/Tools/ElevationSync/GPServer/Profile/execute?f=json&InputLineFeatures=

with two specified coordinates and get a json response of elevation data between those two points. Thanks for your help.
