Issue after upgrading Portal for ArcGIS to 10.4.1 from 10.3.1

Hi I have upgraded Portal for ArcGIS to 10.4.1 from 10.3.1 and installed Web adaptor 10.4.1 fro Portal. I am able to access my portal home page but while accessing any other options like My Organization etc. I am getting error (Server error in '/portal' Application). 

Can any one help on this?

Sounds like a misconfiguration of the Web adaptor.

A fairly quick fix to avoid a bunch of troubleshooting:

1. Uninstall the web adaptor
2. Open IIS and delete the Portal folder under the default website
3. In windows file explorer, under wwwroot, ensure the portal folder there is also deleted (if it wasn't automatically in step 2)
4. Reinstall the web adaptor
5. Configure for Portal for ArcGIS, and ensure `portal` is entered for the context name.
