I have created route and point feature class to be used as calibration points how can I get the measure attribue tot this point feature class

Hi,

I have created route feature class (under Linear Referencing) and point feature class(Event) to be used as calibration points, how can I get the measure attribute to this point feature class. (Example features. Railway lines and Railway Stations.).
