Shaded relief using multi-directional hillshade?

I'd like to use the mosaic dataset function chain to generate a shaded relief using the multi-directional hillshade and a color-ramp for elevation. It doesn't look like this is an option within the Shaded Relief function. Anyone know a work-around for this?

Attachment shows how I'm doing this in ArcMap by using two layers, but my real need is for a single layer that accomplishes both of these things so I can create a tile cache.
