I thought you were asking how to publish a feature class (i.e., share) from ArcGIS Server with attachments - and not use ArcGIS Online or Portal for ArcGIS. Hence why I posted the help links above. If I misunderstood your question - can you please clarify?

Yes. It is right. But your shared post doesn't help solve problem. l think that problems between Sharing and webmap. Why doesn't webmap indicate image in table? Probably in sharing has problem.
