Feature outline masks not saving content

I am trying to create street labels for ArcGIS Online using ArcGIS Pro vers. 2.5.0, however when I follow the instructions set on

the street names disappear when converting the annotations to feature outline masks, even when setting the "Transfer Attributes" input field to "All Attributes".
