How do I make a cascade template with tabs like found in the example below?

Hi Shannon -- There's a clue in the link you shared... It's actually a Map Series story with Cascade stories added to each tab.

I am trying to set bookmarks in a cascade based story map, that will appear in the browser adress as tabs. I found an example for this feature: https://www.loc.gov/ghe/cascade/index.html?appid=580edae150234258a49a3eeb58d9121c&bookmark=Low%20Countries
I wish to have direct links to each bookmarked chapter in my story map because I want to install signs with QR-Codes on physical buildings that link to the relevant information in my story map about the place. In the cascade template there is a bookmark option, but the titels do not show up in the link adress. How do I get them in there?
I started designing my story map with the cascade template, but if there is a better solution I can use another template as well.
