I have an image (Image Service) that I am using in an AGOL webmap. Is there a way in AGOL to let the user only pan to the extents of the image? Right now, if they pan past the image extents, then the webmap has a white background.

Setting the extent to that input has no effect? Configure map viewer—ArcGIS Online Help | ArcGIS
That only sets the default extents..... I'm sure it can be done in JavaScript, but I was hoping there was a simpler way.
