How do I combine two arrows with one arrow that has the same label name ?

Hi,

I have a question that I am not sure of but ....

I have Label Manager turn on and I am working on some of the polygons that need to be shown in clearly..

If you have a polygon that has two labels that are the same name...

Look at the word "Cincinnati"   Is there a way for me to combine two arrows into one ? Is that possible ?

Thank you !  Yeah I think that the graphics is the only way out but I will see if someone has a magic to make it work

Maybe as graphics and editing and deleting, but as an 'option'... no
