Elevating street or road

Question

Hello,

I have seen your video of CITY ENGINE RULES - CREATE MODERN STREETS,

here I can see in last ending of the video the roads are elevated with the columns

popping up as to whatever height the roads are elevated, but when  I try doing it

nothing happens.

There was a version of that rule released at some point with bridges turned off due to some problem with the bridges. Try the Complete Streets example:
