Problem with my Widget Panel when I upload my application to the hosting

Hello friends, I am developing a 3D application with the Webappbuilder and I have a problem. The panel of my widget changes position when I upload the application to the hosting. I have tried to change the position of my panel in the CSS of the Foldable theme and I have also tried to change the position with the Panel.js file but it always changes when I upload to the hosting. On the other hand, my LayerList Widget is not an "Onscreen Widget", it is a "Header Controller" Widget and I placed it in the position inside the map. I attached two images with these changes that I comment:
