Error: Unable to process request. Service Hosted/location_tracking/MapServer not found.

Hi,

After upgrading my enterprise to 10.8.1, I am facing some issues.

1. I am not being able to enable location tracking, it gives the error: Unable to find location tracking services. And the log says: Unable to process request. Service Hosted/location_tracking/MapServer not found

2. Also I am not being able to publish anything in my portal.

Could anyone help me with this!

Are you trying to publish from GeoEvent Server?

I am getting similar log messages in my hosting server when I attempt to create a BDS Feature Service from GeoEvent Server. I can publish a Map Service from there, though, and it works fine.

This is from a fresh/empty GeoEvent and BDS deployment, just trying to publish new service using the default TrackGap geoevent definition.

Everything worked fine with 10.8.1 Geoevent and BDS, using 10.7.1 Portal and Hosting Server. The issue only came up when I upgraded the Portal/Hosting server to 10.8.1.

Using newly deployed linux servers in AWS.
