Change layer opacity

I need to be able to change opacity for individual layer on map. Is there any way I can do this for sublayer of  Dynamic Service Layer, without loading feature layers from Feature Service (because I fear that 100+ feature layers on map will decrease performance of app)?

[/INDENT]At this time, there is no way to change the opacity of the sublayers at the client side. You can change that at the server side only.
