Getting python code for a map created

Hi All,

        I am using ArcMap 10.2.2

I have created a map with few layers and some tools. I would like to know whether  it is possible for me to extract the python code for the Map I have created?

the Geoprocessing Results window will have your activity for the tools used from which you can get basic information on what you did...it won't produce a whole script but give you the syntax for the arctoolbox tools that you used
