saving a map to a USB?

How do I save a map I made to my USB? I need to add a legend and title in Adobe Illustrator (and take out the double label).

It could be as simple as exporting your map or as complicated as you want. I always recommend saving to a local drive, then copy the resultant to a USB drive...
