Data Adapter Feature Layer seems not loading the Query Task Layer

In the following arcgis api for javascript 3.19 sample,
ArcGIS API for JavaScript Sandbox
, when I choose the dropdon option "Query ArcGIS Layer (QueryTaskLP)" it asks for arcgis online credentials. After I enter my valid credentials for arcgis online, it does not load any layers into the map.
Shouldn't it be loading the features just like coosing other dropdowns?
