Why don't my labels show up on an Offline Mobile Scene Package

I have created an offline mobile scene package, but no labels appear. Is this a current limitation or am I doing something wrong?

I have a 2 D point layer, I have added it to the 3D layers, symbolized as an extruded cylinder and added a label.

In Arc Pro scene all this shows up correctly. When I export to a Mobile Scene Package I get no labels.

Hi Ian,

There's nothing you're doing wrong on your end. Runtime does not currently support labels on Scene Layers. This is something they are aware of and hopefully will be implemented later this year.

The only other way to get 3D Labels would be to convert your point layer to a KML layer using the Layer To KML tool and then add that to the scene to package as a mobile scene package. Keep in mind KML layers are only supported in WGS 84 coordinate system.
