how to create new project in the ArcGIS Explorer desktop

also I want to help about ,
how to create new project in the ArcGIS Explorer ???
and this project saved to be default ..

From the File menu you can create a new map.  You will also find options for saving the map.
You can save a map as the default map.  The default map is opened when you start ArcGIS Explorer.
