Kartendienst im ArcGIS Online Map Viewer und dann ArcExplorer Online...

Ich habe ein paar Kartendienste erstellt und sie im Bereich 'My Contents' innerhalb von ArcGIS.com hochgeladen. Den ersten habe ich vor ein paar Wochen hochgeladen und konnte die Option "Open in ArcGIS.com viewer" nutzen, um dann eine Webkarte zu erstellen, die letztendlich in ArcExplorer Online geöffnet wird. In ArcExplorer Online erstelle ich dann Abfragen, die es dem Benutzer erlauben, auf den Bereich der erfüllten Abfrage zu zoomen. Gestern wurde der zweite Kartendienst ebenfalls problemlos im Bereich My Contents von ArcGIS.com geladen, aber wenn ich versuche, ihn mit der Option "Open in ArcGIS.com viewer" zu öffnen, erhalte ich eine "Error on page"-Meldung vom Internet Explorer. Ich gebe nur die URL meines Kartendienstes ein, um die Informationsseite anzusehen, und nutze dann die Auswahl "open in ArcExplorer Online", was ebenfalls problemlos funktioniert. Das Problem, das ich habe, ist, dass jede Abfrage, die ich in ArcExplorer Online erstelle, die Funktion 'zoom to' bei den Abfrageergebnissen nicht zulässt.
Irgenwelche Ideen?

The propblem I'm having is that any query I create in ArcExplorer Online won't allow the 'zoom to' feature to work with any query results.

If a service does not have the field containing the actual Geometry exposed publically, then Explorer Online won't be able to draw the shapes on the map or zoom to them, although the Query will be able to return a list of results - this sounds like it could explain your problem, depending on the services you're using for the query. Try making a query from the service http://sampleserver3.arcgisonline.com/ArcGIS/rest/services/BloomfieldHillsMichigan/LandusePlanning/MapServer and you should be able to see and zoom to the results. You can see there is a geometry field available on these services.
