Can't start Workflow Manager because MSO.dll is missing

In my Windows 7 PC, when I start Workflow Manager I got the error message "The program can't start because MSO.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this program". I have tried to  install a couple time. But the program still can't start.

Just found out that after installing Microsoft Visio 2010 the problem started happening. I have to remove Visio to make Workflow Manager working. Anyone has idea on what happens?
