I have an error on the services. error handling service request :0x80040067 - no layer or table was initialized. in '"esricarto.graphicfeatureserver"' code: 500. Please help to solve it.

I am using ArcGIS server 10.4.1 and MS SQL server 2012. Suddenly my services are not showing. I did restart my server. And ArcGIS server is running normally.
