Export a 3D surface in Autodesk Revit using ArcGIS .Net Runtime SDK 100.0.0

I need to export a 3D surface in Autodesk Revit. I choose the surface using a polygon, and I need to get the relief that cover polygon, and export it to Autodesk Revit. Tell me please how this can be realized, as I am new to using ArcGIS .Net Runtime SDK, I have not found documentation of how to do it. I hope for your help, I appreciate any advice!
