arcpy geoprocessing details clickable hyperlink

Question

Is there a way to add a clickable hyperlink to the details of a custom python geoprocessing tool in ArcGIS Pro?  I have tried using html just to see if it would work as seen below.  I would like the end user to have the option to open the output pdf file from the results window.

I doubt it.  Details, results and message boxes are probably all just text capable.  I have done something similar by using Tkinter to create a hyperlink button.  Here is a link to the sample I used.

You could also create a Task and have it create a popup with your html code.
