Hi!
We are using proxy to get access to secured layers. The url has such format: http://company.com/proxy.ashx?http://arcgis.example.com/arcgis/rest/services/Service/MapServer . Everything worked fine on 10.2.3 but since we've migrated to 10.2.4 it stopped working and gives eror with code -1001 and description "The ArcGISTiledMapServiceLayer cannot be initialized."
Any ideas?
Unfortunately this is not resolved in 10.2.6 which was release last week.

What about this issue on new version of esri android sdk ? I tried proxy url on my app, but it didn't work :S

Yes. This is a known bug. Please see BUG-000083513 : ArcGISTiledMapServiceLayer created by URL with proxy failed in 10.2.4 but works in 10.2.3
