Since a few days the Explorer Tool does not work properly anymore. When I click, no pop-up with the attributes of the feature appears, only the blue circle in the lower right corner rotates. How can I fix this problem? thank you for help
I would double check to make sure I didn't switch the tool to just look at specific layers by hitting the drop down arrow below the tool. I usually have mine set to explore the layer selected in the contents pane. Maybe you inadvertently changed that setting to be "No Pop-Ups"?
