Unable to download data on ArcGIS Enterprise Sites 10.6.1

Question

Hi I am wondering about an issue I am having with ArcGIS Enterprise Sites 10.6.1. I have published a feature service to my Enterprise (Hosted). I've enabled my service for editing capabilities and extract capabilities. However when I access this service on my ArcGIS Enterprise site, the option to download the data has is grayed out. The message is “The item does not support downloads”  Please see attachment. Kindly please assist, would there be something I am missing to enable this functionality?

Is there something i might be missing?

That's good to know because it isolates the issue to ArcGIS Sites.  Does this happen for all hosted feature layers or just Bosj_Electrical_Network_UG_?  If it happens for all layers, I would recommend creating a support case with your local Esri distributor.  If you have any questions regarding this, please feel free to reach out to me directly.
