Experience Builder Dev 1.20 - Layer Refresh Bug

Anyone experience an issue with pop ups on a feature layer getting mixed up and showing info on the wrong features? It happens when the layer is set to automatically refresh. In my example i have a wildfire layer set to refresh after 5 minutes. After that refresh occurs i can click a wildfire from TX and it shows info for a fire in CO. Wonderring if this is a recorder bug or if i should report it.

After review, the timing of the issue is not consistent with the refresh time of the layer. However, it does happen sometime between 10-15 minutes.
