I'd like to propose options when saving/discarding edits so you can choose what layers to save/discard in an editing session. Many times I find I may have accidentally edited a layer I didn't want to edit, and I have to discard all of my edits, even though I know the ones in the layer I meant to edit were correct. If there were check boxes to check/uncheck the layers we want to save when there are multiple layers in the save edits dialog box, it would keep from having to redo everything. I don't like to use autosave on edits in case I need to undo something. It would also keep me from realizing that I edited something I should've have.

I think this would be a very helpful function. It's something that would have come in handy for us recently with some of our editors.
