Citizen Problem Reporter: Turn off comment capability

Our city has had version 3.0 of the Citizen Problem Reporter deployed for around a year and half as of this post, and I've been asked to turn off the Commenting capability on the app.  I've scoured the app configuration, but have been unable to remove the "Comment" button.  Any suggestions as to how this is accomplished is appreciated.

@MatthewMalone In the configuration of your Reporter app, if you naivgate to the Reporter section (step 3 in Express mode) and expand the layer being used for commenting, you will see all the reporter options: Reporting, Comment, Like, and Dislike. Toggle off comment. This will disable the ability to comment on that layer.
