Repair ArcGIS Online

Not only do I have constant issues arising with ArcGIS Enterprise (mostly Server for ArcGIS), but also now have issues with overwriting web layers in ArcGIS Online. How about ESRI focus on resolving the numerous bugs in the software, rather than constantly pushing upgrades? Just like Microsoft was back in the early days.

Tech issues are frustrating, especially bugs, but we are here to help, would we be able to get some further notes on the overwrite issue?

A few questions that may or may not help

Is it item-specific?
If we take a local download and stage a new service, then try overwrite again does this work? Problems can build up over time when backend tables build up with Change Tracking and Sync.
Did this start right after the update?
Are there any potential complexities with the data that may factor into the issue? Such as large service size, related or joined tables, Geometric complexity etc.

Hopefully working the issue we can get to the bottom of what is causing this.
