I'm trying to create a local address system for my organization. How can i do this? Also I want the address system to automatically autofill when someone starts typing in their address. Please help. Thanks!

yes. I tried to create the locator, but its not creating a feature layer for me to publish and use.
It's not a layer it will be a geocode service that you publish to ArcGIS enterprise.
