Lists are usually sorted in alphabetical order.
Can we please do the same for all settings?
It should be:
Australia
Canada
Great Britain
United States
Same with the units:
Metric should be left and U.S. Standard to the right.

While you are at it:
Please add "filter-by-typing" support to the lists, so we don´t have to scroll in drop down lists.
