Inventory Run Failed Failed to read ArcGIS Server services in folder

We're using Monitor 2025.1, Agent 2025.1.1 to monitor stand-alone ArcGIS Servers at 10.9.1. Under Observers > Inventory - ArcGIS Server > Logs we're seeing E_OBSERVER_FAILURE Run failed. The details message is "Failed to read ArcGIS Server services in folder 'foldername'", but it's not always the same folder. This is happening for more than one server. This is occurring at every run. We deleted the existing Usage Reports to see if that would make a difference, but it didn't. Thanks for any help!

Is this happening for a newly registered ArcGIS Server site to Monitor? If so, can you please confirm you've met all the prerequsites?

Register ArcGIS Server
(see the Prerequisites for monitoring section)

If this was working before and Monitor was collecting data from the ArcGIS Server site, then started happening - did something change recently? Maybe an OS update on the ArcGIS Server host? or possible security setting changes?
