"Cannot download Drone2Map — My Esri not connecting to ArcGIS Online org

I just purchased my licenses this evening and I am trying to get Drone2Map downloaded but for some reason, My arcgis online organization and My Esri will not connect.  I enabled esri connection in settings and am logging in with the exact same username and password and My Esri won't give me the option to connect to my org

Do you have Esri Access Enabled in ArcGIS Online?
