I'd really like the ability to set custom zoom levels in Map Viewer, for ArcGIS Enterprise and Online. The current method of jump scrolling or setting it to the predefined levels (City, Cities, Metropolitan Areas, etc.) is pretty limiting. If I want to zoom to my whole state, a lot of extraneous area is included at that level. Zoom in one level and only about a third of the state shows. This is kind of frustrating. We can set scale levels in ArcGIS Pro. Would be helpful to do so in Map Viewer as well. Thanks!
