How to set user role privilege that allows Calculate Field

Question

I'm the admin in my organization. I have access to Calculate field on web maps and layers in AGOL.

I have a user that needs to access Calculate field even when he is not the owner. I can't figure out what privilege to allow in a custom role that will give him this access.

Does anyone know what it is?

I can assign the needed admin privileges to this user if I can find it. I just don't want him to be able to do everything an admin can. For example, I don't want him to be able to administer member roles or set up collaborations. I do want him to be able to save changes to items that he does not own (which he can do. I have a special role for people that need just a few admin privileges) and run Calculate field on items he does not own.
