"Unhealthy" Status on ObjectDatastore After Migration from TileCache Datastore

Hello everyone,

I would like to discuss an issue I encountered after migrating from TileCache Datastore to ObjectDatastore. Currently, my ObjectDatastore is running, but when I perform a validation check, the system reports the status as "unhealthy".

After further inspection of the logs, I found entries pointing to Ozon Manager (OM) and SCM. It seems there might be an issue related to these components affecting the performance of the ObjectDatastore.

Has anyone else experienced a similar issue? If so, could you share any solutions or steps you've taken to resolve this problem?

*notes : ArcGIS Enteprise version 11.4
