I am having some issues with ArcGIS Sites.
- Is there a way to migrate an ArcGIS Site from one Portal to another (from 10.9.1 to 11.3)? I tried using ArcGIS Online Assistant to copy the item's Json and paste it, but it doesn't work.
- When I delete a Sites, the process takes a very long time and does not seem to end. Even if the item is no longer present in the Content when creating a new Sites, it appears that the name of the deleted one is still in use.
